Minemal Plus
Our company’s minemal range is produced by thermoplastic polyether derived polyurethane (TPU) with
great attrition attributes. The support is crafted from circular woven filament
polyester yarn. The weave facilitated extrusion method of manufacturing allows
a more powerful connection between cover and inlay as well as proper encasing
of the supporting woven polyester.
The hose displays a high tolerance against
frequently utilized chemicals and yields great protection from UV radiation,
hydrolysis, and fungus deterioration. The corrosion protection of the TPU
material is one of the greatest you’ll find out there, and this makes the hose
ideal for usage in highly demanding and corrosive surroundings in open pit
mines. Τhe external layer has been crafted with additional width in order to
enhance it with a highly endurable jacket. This of course, increases the
durability of the hose.
The rounded woven fibre polyester support
yields a high flexibility power and enables effortless towing with tractors
with minimized odds of impairment. The interlaced weave blocks the hose from
lengthwise expansion when stretched or under pressure. This prevents
stratification of the cover or lining from the woven support and controls
“snaking” and bending effect.
Minemal can function in a temperature range
between -50°C to +75°C and can tolerate periodic usage of max. 80°C.
Typical lengths available up to 300m.
Mortar is a light, secure and easy to handle
cement boom hose provided by our company. Thos hose fulfills a gap in the
market and a demand for for an easy to use cement putting hose. It is suitable
for ICF shapes as well as high walls and pillars with a limited amount of
space. The lay flat format of this hose enables a better circulation monitoring
and lower placement speeds unlike typically used cement discharge hoses.

Promal protecting tube
Our company’s promal range is produced as a
sleeve. We utilize polyester yarns for the woven support and a 1.0mm coat of
TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) as an external jacket. This method of
extrusion yields a great connection between the TPU layer and the rounded woven
polyester. This doesn't have an internal liner which is something that allows
lower corrosion when the Proman is pulled on the thread or hawser to allow
protection.
Our company’s promal range has great
corrosion, oil, chemical and UV radiation protection attributes.
The blending of low inside corrosion, high
elasticity, and great endurance deems promal the go-to option in guarding
sheath lines and also for numerous other uses where a flat and elastic PU
guarding coat is necessary.
The company’s promal range is available in
different extended lengths and tubular or split form. There are also other
versions on offer which can be handled as sleeves or flat sheaths so please
call us for more info.
